Weird (probably illegal) telemarketing call

Got a phone call today from "Unknown Caller." I picked up the phone.

Pause.

"Please call Lamar at 1-800-xxx-xxxx. Please call Lamar at 1-800-xxx-xxxx."

Uh, WTF? Who's Lamar? I didn't have time to jot down the number but if he calls again, I'm going to report him as a Do Not Call List violator.
